CUSTOMER PORTAL

Privacy information

Updated October 21, 2026

Information used by this portal

When you sign in, the portal receives your email address and account identity. Google sign-in may also supply your name and profile picture. Google sign-in requests basic identity information, not access to your Gmail inbox.

Tool requests include your name, optional phone number, tool brand and model, optional serial number, and your description of the problem. The portal also records request dates, status and messages shared by the workshop.

How it is used

Repair Desk uses this information to review repair requests, communicate about your tool and show your request history. Customers can read their own submissions. Approved workshop staff can review submissions and update statuses and customer-visible messages. Staff updates are recorded in a private audit history.

Services and browser storage

The portal uses Supabase for account authentication and database storage, Google for Google sign-in when selected, Gmail to deliver account confirmation and password recovery emails, and Sites for hosting. These services process information needed to provide those functions. Passwords are handled by Supabase authentication and are not included in repair requests. Your browser stores authentication session information to keep you signed in. Sign out when using a shared device.
